Iowa State University Solar Car to Visit Heartland Acres Agribition Center, May 20

Come see the state-of-the-art Iowa State University solar car at the Heartland Acres Agribition Center in Independence, IA on Wednesday, May 20 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The car will be located in the parking lot for the public to view. No admission is required to see the car. Visit with Team PrISUm members and find out what makes the car and the program unique.

Iowa State University Team PrISUm is making the visit to Heartland Acres as part of their SunRun tour. The SunRun is a 1000+ mile tour throughout the state of Iowa in which Team PrISUm drives the solar car to schools and sponsors to perform community outreach and education.

Giving back to the community is very important to Team PrISUm and the SunRun allows participating ISU students to inspire young minds as well as give the people of Iowa an opportunity to learn about the team, see the car, and understand how Team PrISUm benefits from their contributions.
